Blau Ranch Beef — Coming Fall 2027

Small-batch, family-raised Texas beef from our pastures in Bellville.

We're raising two steers right now — born on our ranch last October — to be ready for your family's freezer in fall 2027. Brahman and Braford genetics. Pasture raised. Hand selected. No added hormones, no antibiotics. Just honest beef from animals we know by name.

Quarter, half, and whole shares will be available. Spots are limited — only two animals.
